크레이프를 바삭하게 구워 크림을 듬뿍 넣은 크레이프 케이크를 만들었어요 더 자세한 레시피와 설명은 밑에 더보기 버튼 눌러 확인 해 주세요 For more detailed recipes please click on the down below 크레이프를 바삭하게 구워 크림을 듬뿍 넣은 크레이프 케이크를 만들었어요 기본 크레이프 반죽에 아몬드 가루를 넣어 구워봤는데 더 고소하고 맛있더라구요 중약불에서 바삭하게 구워주니 먹음직스러워 보이고 식감도 재미있네요 크림은 생크림에 화이트 초콜릿을 듬뿍 넣어 고소하고 풍미가 좋답니다 저는 크림을 균일하고 도톰하게 샌드하고 싶어서 짤주머니에 넣어 짜주었는데 그냥 스패츌라를 이용해 평평하게 바르셔도 좋답니다 케이크 위에 화이트 초콜릿과 마카다미아 초콜릿을 올려 장식했는데 겨울느낌이 나서 예쁘더라구요 즐겁게 시청하세요 Enjoy Pan size 21cm 재료달걀 4개설탕 50g소금 조금박력분 200g아몬드가루 20g우유 500g녹인 무염버터 70g휘핑한 화이트 초콜릿 생크림 생크림 500g 녹인 화이트 초콜릿 170g 레시피1 달걀에 설탕과 소금을 넣고 섞고 박력분과 아몬드가루를 체 쳐 넣은 뒤 우유의 1 2정도를 넣고 섞는다 2 남은 우유를 넣고 섞고 녹인 무염버터를 넣고 섞은 뒤 체에 거르고 실온에서 30분 정도 숙성시킨다 3 팬을 중약불에 올리고 식용유를 바른 뒤 반죽을 붓고 넓게 펴 기포가 올라오고 가장자리가 갈색으로 변하면 뒤집어 살짝 더 익힌 뒤 식힌다 4 녹인 화이트 초콜릿을 넣고 휘핑한 생크림을 크레이프에 올려 반복하여 쌓는다 Ingredients 4 Eggs50g Sugar a pinch of Salt200g Cake flour 20g Almond powder 500g Milk 70g Melted unsalted butterWhipped white chocolate cream 500g whipping cream 170g melted white chocolate 시청해주셔서 감사합니다 Thank you for watching 제 영상은 유튜브와 네이버TV에만 업로드 되고 있습니다 이 영상을 무단 도용하거나 2차 편집 및 재업로드를 금지합니다 My video is only uploaded to YouTube and Naver TV Unauthorized theft of this video or 2nd edit and reupload is prohibited
