보기만 해도 군침이 도는 크럼블을 가득 올린 사과 쿠키를 만들었어요 구독하고 좋아요 누르고 공유 부탁드려요 더 자세한 레시피와 설명은 밑에 더보기 버튼 눌러 확인 해 주세요 For more detailed recipes please click on the down below 보기만 해도 군침이 도는 크럼블을 가득 올린 사과 쿠키를 만들었어요 고소한 크럼블과 사과는 말이 필요 없이 잘 어울리는 맛인 것 같아요 머핀 틀에 쿠키 반죽을 넣을 때 살짝 옆으로 올려 컵처럼 만들어 구우니 모양도 잘 유지 되고 잡고 먹기에도 편하더라구요 바삭하고 촉촉하면서 고소해서 정말 맛있네요 즐겁게 시청하세요 Enjoy 6개 분량 재료 쿠키버터 50g설탕 30g달걀 13g바닐라익스트랙 1 4ts 박력분 80g아몬드 가루 20g 사과 필링사과 1 4개설탕 5g레몬즙 1 2ts시나몬파우더 조금 크럼블버터 30g설탕 30g박력분 40g아몬드 가루 40g 레시피1 쿠키 버터를 부드럽게 푼 뒤 설탕을 넣고 섞고 달걀과 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞는다 2 박력분과 아몬드 가루를 체쳐 넣고 섞은 뒤 밀어 펴 냉장실에 30분간 넣어 둔다 3 사과 필링 사과를 작은 큐브 모양으로 자른 뒤 냄비에 설탕 레몬즙 시나몬 파우더를 함께 넣고 수분이 날아갈 때까지 조린다 4 크럼블 볼에 버터 설탕 박력분 아몬드 가루를 넣고 크럼블 상태가 될 때까지 비비며 섞는다 5 머핀 틀에 동그랗게 찍어낸 쿠키를 넣고 사과 필링과 크럼블을 올려 180도 예열된 오븐에서 20 22분 정도 굽는다 Ingredients Cookie50g Butter 30g Sugar 13g Egg 1 4ts Vanilla extract 80g Cake flour 20g Almond powder Apple filling1 4 Apple5g Sugar 1 2ts Lemon juice Cinnamon powder Crumble30g Butter 30g Sugar40g Cake flour 40g Almond powder 시청해주셔서 감사합니다 Thank you for watching 루나 시리즈 타원 플레이트 그레이
