Candied Fruits 金柑と苺と葡萄のフルーツ飴

 

金柑の季節です まるごと食べられるみかんのような可愛らしいその姿をそのままフルーツ飴にしてみました いちごと 娘からのリクエストのぶどうも加えてたフルーツ飴 飴は熱いので軍手必須です レシピ 約20個 １ フルーツは洗い 水気をよく拭き取る ２ 竹串をさす ３ 小鍋に上白糖 200g 水 100gを入れよく混ぜる ４ 火にかける 煮立ったら中火にし そのまま触らずに煮詰める ５ 155 160度になったら火から下ろす 温度計がない場合は水に竹串などでひとすくい落とし カリッと固まればOKです 時間にして10 15分くらい煮詰めます ６ 泡が少し落ち着いたら ２をくるりと回して飴をまとわせ コップなどに立てる 飴がかたくなるので作業は手早く やけどに注意して ７ でけた イチゴとぶどうは時間が経つと水分で飴が溶けてしまいます パリッとしているうちに食べてね 残った飴はプリンのカラメルに使えます 動画の最後にあるようにオーブンシートに流し出して冷やし 必要な大きさに砕いてお使いください CandiedFruits strawberry kumquat grape asmr howtomake notalking フルーツ飴
