YT 可愛すき る見た目にキュン 丸こ と梨のタルト C CHANNELアプリをどうぞよろしくお願いします おしゃれなカフェで出てきそう 旬のフルーツをちょっと大人の味付けで楽しめる贅沢な秋スイーツ こんなスイーツが作れたら彼に褒められること間違いナシ 調理時間 約50分 材料費 約450円 材料 梨 1と1 4個 白ワイン 200ml レモン汁 大さじ2 グラニュー糖 60g 水 200ml 梨にかぶるぐらい 鍋により調整してください ホイップクリーム 適量 タルトカップ 1個 チョコスティック 1本 ミント 1枚 手順1 梨の芯をセルクルなどでくり抜き 皮をむく 梨1 4個はすりおろしにする 2 鍋に白ワイン レモン汁 グラニュー糖を入れ 火にかけて沸騰したら梨を入れ 梨がかぶる位までに水を入れ 落としブタをして約30分程弱火でコトコト煮る 梨がやや透明になったら粗熱を取る 3 すりおろした梨にホイップクリームを入れて混ぜる 4 タルトカップに2の梨を乗せ 梨のくり抜いた穴にクリームを詰める 5 チョコスティックとミントを飾ったら完成です チャンネル登録はこちら ネイル メイク DIY 料理など 動画に関するリクエストやご質問はコメントでどうぞ WEB Facebook Twitter Instagram LINE
