ふわっととろける 抹茶のババロア Matcha Bavarian Cream中途半端に残った牛乳と生クリーム消費のために 今日はお口の中でとろける 抹茶のババロアを作ってみました 加熱はすべて電子レンジなので簡単です 生クリームもゆるくたてるのでほぼ泡立て無し 氷水で冷やすのが面倒な時は少しだけ冷蔵庫に入れて冷やしては混ぜて生クリームと同じくらいのゆるゆるな状態にしてください 型はなんでもokです タッパーでももちろん出来ます 美味しい抹茶ババロアができますよ チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 13 5cm 14 5cm Cake Pan8g Matcha 60g granulated sugar 250g Milk warmed 5g Gelatin powder 60g Water 100g Heavy Cream For Toppings non melting Matcha powdered sugar non melting powdered sugar 材料 13 5cm 14 5cm 流し型抹茶 8gグラニュー糖 60g牛乳 温めておく 250gゼラチン 5g水 60g生クリーム 100gトッピング 溶けない抹茶粉糖 溶けない粉糖 作り方 ①牛乳は電子レンジ600wで1分加熱して温めておく ②水にゼラチンを振り入れてふやかしたら 電子レンジ600wで30秒加熱して溶かしておく ③ボウルに抹茶とグラニュー糖を入れて泡だて器で混ぜる ④ここに牛乳を加えてよく混ぜ 濾す ⑤④に溶かしたゼラチンを加えてよく混ぜる ⑥これを氷水でよく冷やす ⑦冷やしている間に生クリームをゆるく立てる ⑧⑥と⑦が同じくらいの固さになったら 混ぜる ⑨型を水でさっと濡らしたら ⑧の生地を流し入れる ⑩冷蔵庫で数時間しっかりと固まるまで冷やす ⑪型から取り出したら 上に溶けない抹茶粉糖 粉糖をふり 出来上がり ゼラチン5gでぎりぎり固まる感じですので 減らさずにこのレシピで作って下さい 逆にもっとしっかりとした固さにしたい時はあと数グラムゼラチンを増やしてください
