ご視聴ありがとうございました 今回安いひき肉を使ってハンバーグを作りましたが ひき肉に関してはあまり安いものは買わない方がいいんだなと学習しました _ 安いお肉って脂身が多い部分を使っているようなので 焼いていたら脂が出るわ出るわ その水分でハンバーグが崩れてしまうのです 安いものが正義と信じて疑わなかった私でしたが しっかり質にもこだわらなきゃいけないのかとショックをうけつつも 学べてよかったです
