まるごと林檎を乗せたマフィンです 林檎が乗ってます 的な見た目がとても可愛らしくて好きです そして林檎をたっぷりと味わえます 焼き立ても美味しいですが しゃきしゃきな林檎とバター生地がなじんだくらいで食べるのがおススメ 1個でも食べ応え十分なので 個包装で配りましょう 差し入れに 好きな俳優さんのドラマ きのう何食べた の林檎マフィンを再現してみました チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 8 servings baking cups φ7cm H3 5cm 70g Unsalted butter80g granulated sugar55g Whole egg room temperature 150g Cake flour3g Baking powder65g Soy milk or Milk For topping 2 apples10g granulated sugar Directions Preparation Beat the egg well Preheat the oven to 170 C ①Shift cake flour and baking powder ②In a bowl butter and sugar and Mix well ③Add a beaten egg little by little while mixing with the whisk ④Add ① and soy milk by turns Add ① soy milk ① soy milk ① in order After adding ① don t mix too much ⑤Put the mixture into a pastry bag ⑥Peel the apples remove their cores and cut into 4 wedges Scores the apples ⑦ Mixture squeeze it into baking cups and put the apples on top ⑧ Sprinkle the granulated sugar over the apples ⑨Bake at 170 338 F for 28 30minutes ⑩Cool completely on wire rack Serve warm or cold 材料 8人分 φ7cm H3 5cmのマフインカップ 準備 卵はよく溶いておく オーブンは170 に温めておく 無塩バター 70gグラニュー糖 80g全卵 55g 室温 薄力粉 150gベーキングパウダー 3g豆乳 or 牛乳 65g トッピング林檎 2個 紅玉くらいの小さ目がベスト グラニュー糖 10g 作り方 準備 卵はよく溶いて必要量量っておく オーブンは170 に温めておく ①薄力粉とベーキングパウダーはふるっておく ②ボウルにバターを入れて砂糖を加えてよく擦り混ぜる③溶き卵を少しずつ加えてよく混ぜる ④①と豆乳を交互に加えて混ぜる ① 豆乳 ① 豆乳 ①を順に加える 粉類を加えたあとは混ぜすぎない ⑤絞り袋に生地を入れる 面倒な時はスプーンでok ここでオーブンを温め始める ⑥林檎の皮をむき 芯を取り除いて4つに切る 林檎が大きいときはマフインカップに合わせてカットしてください 林檎の表面に包丁で切り込みを入れる ⑦生地をマフィンカップに絞り入れ 林檎を乗せて上に砂糖をふりかける ⑧170 のオーブンで28 30分焼いて出来上がり ケーキクーラーの上などで冷ます 温冷どちらでも 翌日食べる時はアルミホイルなどに包んでトースターなどで温めなおします 粗熱が取れたら 乾燥しないようにビニール袋などに入れてください
