レンジで作る揚げないベジチップス Non Fried Veggie Chips in the MicrowaveHomemade Veggie Chips Season with your choice of flavor and enjoy 野菜大好き人間としては 生野菜もいいけど このお野菜チップも時々無性に食べたくなります 特に蓮根は大好きすぎて 夫と取り合いになります 笑沢山作ってもすぐにぺろりです 天日干しの野菜もよくやります 野菜がぎゅっと濃くなり それから身体に優しい味に 味噌汁 煮物なんでも 野菜って素晴らしい 良かったら作ってみて下さい Ingredients Kabocha squash Japanese pumpkin Lotus root Carrot Zucchini Directions ①Peel the carrot and lotus root and slice them with a mandoline Soak the lotus root slices in water for a while to prevent them from changing colour ②Kabocha squash and Zucchini also slice thinly ③Pat the vegetables dry and arrange them on a large plate without them overlapping ④Then put the plate in the microwave and heat the vegetables for 3 4 minutes Then turn the vegetables over and cook them for another 3 4 minutes this will help the vegetables to cook faster and the end product will be prettier ⑤When the moisture has all evaporated and the vegetable slices are dry and crispy they re ready to eat The cooking time will vary depending on the size and type of vegetable so please adjust the cooking time accordingly If you place the vegetable directly on the plate while microwaving they ll stick and won t come off so be careful If you sprinkle the chips with salt after cooking it will just fall off so if you want to use it please add it before cooking 材料 かぼちゃ蓮根人参ズッキーニ 作り方 ①人参 蓮根は皮を剥き スライスする 蓮根は水につけてアク抜きする ②かぼちゃ ズッキーニも薄くスライスする ③出来るだけ水分を拭き取り オーブンシートを敷いた皿の上に並べる ④電子レンジで3 4分ずつ加熱する 裏返しながら様子を見て焦がしすぎないように加熱してください ⑤水分が抜けたら出来上がり 一度に何種類も作ると大変なので 沢山作りたい時はオーブンで100 で乾かすように焼いてもokです 野菜はお皿に直接置くとくっついて返せなくなるので オーブンシートを敷いた上に並べます 塩や他の味付けを加えたい時は最初にします
