中マダイさばいてみた

 

釣って2日熟成した真鯛をさばいてお刺身にしてみました 特に腹身側の皮付きの湯霜造りがめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです 今まで釣った鯛で一番脂が乗っていたように思いました
