可愛い透け感の 寒天ゼリー Grapes Jelly agar Quick and easy dessert Cute see through fruit jelly 皮ごと食べられるオーストラリア産の葡萄がとても甘いので 寒天ゼリーにしてみました 寒天なので 煮溶かしたら 型に入れて冷やし固めるだけと とっても簡単 もう少し寒天液を濃くすれば もっと綺麗にすっぽりと抜けます さらさらと食べやすいのは液体300gに寒天2gくらいかなぁと思います 葡萄が透けてキラキラして この透け感が好きです 良かったら母の日のデザートに作ってみてください チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 6 servings300g water Yogurt taste 2g Powdered kanten25g granulated sugar Please adjust the sugar amount to your liking 160g Thompson Seedless Grapesト160g Crimson Seedless Grapes or Any fruit you like kanten agar Just like gelatin it solidifies liquid Directions ①Mix together the water and powdered kanten in a pot ②Bring it to a boil and let it boil for 2 minutes ③Turn off the heat and add in the sugar ④Put Grapes in a silicone mold silicone mold 70ml 6 ⑤Transfer the mixture into a silicone mold ⑥Cool in fridge until firm 材料 天然水ヨーグリーナ 300g粉寒天 2gグラニュー糖 25g皮ごと食べられる葡萄 トンプソン シードレス 160gクリムゾン シードレス 160g またはお好みのフルーツ 作り方 ①鍋にヨーグリーナと粉寒天を入れてよく混ぜる ②火にかけて沸騰したら２分ほどそのまま加熱して溶かす ③火を止めて砂糖を入れて溶かす ④ぶどうをシリコンの型に入れる シリコーンモールド 70ml 6 ⑤寒天液を上から流し入れる ⑥冷蔵庫で固まるまで冷やす 冷凍庫だと驚くほどすぐに固まります
