こんにちはLes sens cielです 今回はブランデー香る 大人のコーヒーゼリー を作ってみました 暑くなってくると無性にコーヒーゼリーが食べたくなるのですが みなさんはどうでしょう ヨーロッパはパティスリーにゼリーはあまり並ばないので 食べたければ自分で作るしかありません でもゼリーは簡単に作れるので食後のおやつにぴったりです もうすぐ父の日なのでお父さんに作ってもいいかもしれません ぜひお試しください 大人のコーヒーゼリー約６個分コーヒーゼリー Gelée de café コーヒー液 380g café 粉ゼラチン 7g gélatine en poudre 冷水 35g d eau froide グラニュー糖 16g sucreミルクゼリー Gelée de lait 生クリーム15 85g crème fraîche15 グラニュー糖 6g sucre 粉ゼラチン 1g gélatine en poudre 冷水 3g d eau froideブランデーゼリー Gelée de cognac ブランデー 25g cognac 水 250g d eau グラニュー糖 50g sucre 粉ゼラチン 5g gélatine en poudre 冷水 25g d eau froide
