速水もこみち流 073 チキン南蛮 日本語字幕ついてます English subtitle available 增加中文繁體字幕 中文簡體字幕 材料 分量 鶏むね肉 1枚塩 こしょう 各少々小麦粉 適量溶き卵 1個分揚げ油 適量A ーーーーーーーーー醤油 大さじ2酢 大さじ2砂糖 大さじ2鷹の爪 1本B ーーーーーーーーー玉ねぎ 1 4個ピクルス 大1本ケッパー 大さじ1 2ゆで卵 2個パセリ 適量C ーーーーーーーーーーマヨネーズ 大さじ6塩 こしょう 各少々白ワインビネガー 大さじ１Dーーーーーーーーーーーーーレタス せん切り 1 2枚分紫キャベツ せん切り 1枚分紫玉ねぎ 薄切り 1 4個分 調理工程 ①片手鍋にAを入れて熱し 砂糖が溶けたら冷ましておく ②鶏肉はフォークで全体を刺してから 一口大に切り 塩 こしょうして小麦粉をまぶし 溶き卵にくぐらせ 約170度の揚げ油に入れてこんがりと揚げる ③Bをすべてみじん切りにしてボウルに入れ Cを加えて混ぜる ④Dを別のボウルに入れて和える ⑤揚げ上がった鶏肉を①の南蛮酢にくぐらせる ⑥器に④ ⑤を盛り付け ③のタルタルソースをかける ポイント 鶏肉ににんにくや生姜のすりおろしで下味をつけてもOK フォークで刺すと 下味が入りやすく やわらかくなりますよ ーーーーーーーーーーー Instagram Twitter 公式キッチンブランドサイト 定番料理 鶏肉 家族で 問合せ先 mstable contact gmail com
