阿蘇學嘢 86歲靚靚朱婆婆教煮咖哩魷魚做法簡單 屋企廚房仔都做到 適合大家宵夜肚餓整嚟食 __ 咖哩魷魚 食譜步驟 1把魷魚用斜切法切開一塊塊 魷魚鬚則兩條兩條地切開備用步驟 2用白鑊將魷魚殻乾步驟 3紅鑊熱油 把蒜片 薑片和乾蔥依次炒香 再加入咖哩醬炒勻步驟 4加入魷魚塊炒勻 再加入適量雞湯 老抽 生抽和雞粉 試味調整 若太鹹可加小許糖步驟 5最後灑上適量白酒和麻油炒勻 上碟 做法 咖哩魚蛋 魚蛋 街頭小食 街頭美食 香港 香港街頭小食 香港小食 香港美食 灣仔美食 深水埗美食 阿蘇 蘇施黃 __
