Butter Cookies 牛油香酥饼

 

Ingredients 材料 250g 8 ounces butter 牛油 110g 1 2 cup caster sugar 细砂糖 1 egg 鸡蛋 1 tsp lemon juice 柠檬汁 1 2 tsp vanilla essence 香草精 320g 2 1 2 cups plain flour 普通面粉 60g 1 2 cup corn starch 玉米粉 粟粉 40g 1 3 cup milk powder 奶粉 1 2 tsp baking soda 苏打粉 1 2 tsp salt 盐 Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C for 15 minuets 放入预热烤箱以170 C上下火烤15分钟
