I made delicious snacks with sweet potatoes Thank you for watching my video I m not good at English and I can t reply quickly but I m grateful that you support me all the time The comments make me so happy これは夫が好きなお芋ケーキ 今回は簡単にHMを使うレシピにしてみました お芋はしっかりとアク抜きしてからレンチン その後は材料を順に混ぜてくだけで出来ちゃいます バターを加えると風味がとてもいいので でも少量にしてその分oilで補います お芋はもう少し多めでも大丈夫です お芋にもよりますが レンチンしすぎて水分なくなると混ぜ込みがうまくいかなくなるので アク抜き後に水分を多少残してレンチン後に水切りをしてください もっちりとしていてとっても美味しいです 翌日の朝食にもどうぞ チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 4 servings180g Sweet potato20g Unsalted butter 20g Vegetable oil 40g granulated sugar adjust sweetness to your liking 1 Egg large 70g Milk150g Japanese pancake mixIf you can t find Japanese pancake mix use this substitution 130g all purpose flour 20g corn starch 4g Baking powder 材料 4人分さつま芋 正味 180g無塩バター 20gサラダ油 20g グラニュー糖 40g卵 L 1個牛乳 70gホットケーキミックス 150g レンジはどうしても角のところが火が入りにくいので その時は思い切って角をカットして火の入っていかない部分だけを他のお皿などに移してラップをして加熱してください 角まで火を通そうとすると中心が固くなってくるので そういうやり方の方がふんわり美味しく出来上がります
