Japanese Bento Lunch Box お弁当　鶏胸肉編

 

お弁当のリクエストをいくつか頂いていましたので 鶏胸肉を使ってふたつのお弁当を作ってみました 鶏胸肉はクセもなく使いやすい上に なんと言っても安価で節約素材にぴったり 使い回しもきくので お弁当に限らず 夕飯の献立にもいいですね
