Mochi Taiyaki Filled with Red Bean Paste 餅たい焼き アンコましまし 白い羽つき

 

We made mochi taiyaki that is packed full with lots of red bean paste The bean paste itself has a mild sweetness so you can pile as much as you like and the flavor isn t overwhelming Enjoy the harmony between mochi and red bean paste to your heart s desire Recipe Makes 6 Cooking the Red Bean Paste1 Rinse 250g of red beans in water 2 Put 1 into a pot and add water 3 Turn on the heat and boil to skim off the foam 4 Add water once again and turn on the heat 5 Turn the heat down to medium heat after it has boiled and cook for about 40 minutes 6 Once the beans have softened throw out most of the water and leave just enough water to cover the beans 7 Turn on the heat and add 175g of sugar in two portions Adjust the heat so that it does not burn and cook for about 15 minutes while mixing constantly 8 When the paste reaches your desired level of firmness mix in two pinches of salt and remove it from the heat 9 Leave to cool Making the Mochi Taiyaki10 Place the mochi that has been dipped in water onto an oven sheet and heat for 30 seconds in a 600W microwave oven I used 50g of mochi for each taiyaki 11 Place 10 into the taiyaki molds and bake I baked it for 3 5 minutes in my home 12 Remove the oven sheet from 11 once they have cooled off You can remove the edges if you like 13 Insert generous amounts of 9 in 12 14 It is complete The harmony between mochi and red bean paste is the absolute best 手作りあんこを たっぷり挟んだ 餅たい焼き作りました 甘さ控えめで炊いたあんこは いっぱい挟んでも くどくないので あんこの美味しさをたっぷり楽しめます 餅とあんこの組み合わせを心ゆくまで味わってくだされ レシピ 6匹分 あんこを炊きます1 小豆 250gは水で洗う 2 1を鍋に入れ水を入れる 3 火にかけ アク取りのために茹でこぼす 4 再度 水を入れ 火にかける 5 沸騰したら中火にし40分ほど煮る 6 柔らかくなったら 小豆がひたひたになるくらいの煮汁を残し あとは捨てる 7 火にかけ 砂糖 175gを2回に分けて加える 焦がさないように火加減を調整し 混ぜながら15分ほど煮る 8 好みのかたさの手前になったら 塩を2つまみ加え混ぜ 火から下ろす 9 冷ます 餅たい焼きを作ります10 水にくぐらせた餅をオーブンシートに置き 600wの電子レンジで30秒加熱する 餅はたい焼き1匹あたりで50g使いました 11 たい焼きの型に10を入れ焼く 我が家では 3分30秒焼きました 12 粗熱が取れてから11をオーブンシートから剥がす お好みで 羽 バリ は取ってください 13 12に9をたっぷり挟む 14 できあがり 餅とあんこの相性は最強で最高 taiyaki mochi recipe
