Anthocyanin which is contained in the butterfly pea flower changes color when exposed to acid so we used it to make eggs with two different colors When we mixed it with the egg and cooked it it ended up looking like the Earth So here s our Smiley Earth Omelet Recipe 1 Dissolve the butterfly pea powder in a little water 2 Take the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks 3 Whip the egg white straining in the mixture from step 1 4 Mix well 5 Cook in a frying pan 6 It s done If you prefer a deeper color add some more butterfly pea powder バタフライピーに含まれるアントシアニンが 酸によって色が変わるのを使って 2色の卵を焼いてみました ジューッと流し込んで焼いてみたら まるで地球みたいになりました 地球スマイリーフェイス卵焼きのできあがり 1回目は色が薄くて地球っぽくなかったのでやり直しました レシピ １ バタフライピーパウダーは少量の水で溶く ２ 卵は白身と黄身に分ける ３ 卵白を溶きほぐし １を濾しながら加える ４ よく混ぜる ５ フライパンで焼く ６ できあがり 濃い色がお好みでしたら バタフライピーパウダーを増やしてください emoji smile egg FriedEggs Recipe ASMR OddlySatisfying Relaxing Soothing 音フェチ 絵文字 ニコちゃん 卵焼き
