テイストメイドは食や旅をテーマにしたグローバルなビデオネットワークです facebook Instagram twitterも公開中 これだけでおなかいっぱい ご飯つめつめ ハンバーグドリア 材料 A あいびき挽肉 400g 玉ねぎ 1個 卵 1個 パン粉 1 2カップ 牛乳 大さじ1 塩 小さじ1 ナツメグ 小さじ1 B ご飯 300g ケチャップ 大さじ4 ミックスベジタブル 50g ホワイトソース 市販 1缶 溶けるチーズ 50g 人参 1 2本 ブロッコリー 1 2本 ミニトマト 3個 手順1 ボウルに B を入れて混ぜ合わせる 別のボウルに A を入れて手でよく混ぜる 2 耐熱容器に A を半量敷き詰め B のケチャップライスを敷き詰める 3 残りの A を上に敷き詰め ホワイトソースをかける 4 チーズ 食べやすい大きさに切ったブロッコリー 1 2の大きさに切ったトマト 星形に切り抜いた人参をのせ 250 のオーブンで30分焼く
