キャロットケーキ 材料15cm丸型卵 2個きび砂糖 80gグラニュー糖 80gにんじん 大1本 約150g サラダ油 120g小麦粉 180gベーキングソーダ 小さじ1ベーキングパウダー 小さじ1と1 2シナモン 小さじ1クローブ 小さじ1 2カルダモン 小さじ1 2レーズン 40gクルミ 40g チーズフロスティング クリームチーズ 120g粉糖 30gレモン汁 小さじ1クラッシュピスタチオ 適量くるみ 適量ピーカンナッツ 適量アニス 適量 手順1 人参をすりおろす 2 くるみを刻む 3 ボウルに卵 きび砂糖 サラダ油を入れてよくすり混ぜる 4 人参を入れて混ぜ合わせたら 粉類をふるい入れ 刻んだクルミ レーズンも入れて混ぜ合わせる 5 クッキングシートをしいた型に流し込み 180度のオーブンで40分焼く 完全に熱が取れるまで冷ます 6 常温に戻して柔らかくなったクリームチーズにグラニュー糖とレモン汁を入れてよく混ぜる 7 ケーキに塗り 模様をつける 8 デコレーションをしたら完成
