キラキラ ゆめのかけらテイストメイドは食や旅をテーマにしたグローバルなビデオネットワークです facebook Instagram twitterも公開中 材料 粉寒天 5g グラニュー糖 300g 水 200ml 食紅 赤 青 黄色 少々 手順1 鍋に水 粉寒天 グラニュー糖を加えて加熱し 沸騰後5分加熱する 2 クッキングペーパーをしいた容器に流し入れ 水に濃く溶いた食紅を上からまだらに垂らす 3 冷蔵庫で1時間冷やし固めたら 容器から取り出して 手で荒くちぎる 4 クッキングペーパーを広げたバットの上に間隔をあけておき 風通しの良い場所で3 4日乾かす
