零失誤 一分鐘學會芋頭椰香西米露天冷來一杯暖心暖胃暖肚皮 生活小巧思讓生活更有趣 美味小廚娘你我輕鬆當 看似簡單的物品重新利用超聰明 普通的食材讓你吮指回味 材料 芋頭1顆 西米100g 水500ml 椰奶150ml 砂糖80克做法 1 將芋頭切塊 放入電鍋蒸軟 外鍋倒入2杯水2 趁餘溫將蒸軟的芋頭 壓成泥放至旁邊備用3 準備一鍋滾水 倒入西米 大火煮10分鐘後關火燜20分鐘4 撈出西米泡冰水 保持西米Q彈5 煮一鍋滾水 依序加入芋泥 砂糖 椰奶一起小火煮滾即可關火6 準備一杯子 放入喜愛的配料 倒入芋頭椰奶即可完成 噪咖強打精選 噪咖Facebook粉絲頁 噪咖EBCBuzz
