ぜひ 作ってみてくださいね 具だくさんのスクエア オムレツ8人分材料 卵 12個牛乳 120ml塩 コショウ 少々 トッピングベーコン チェダーチーズ 赤玉ねぎ パプリカ ハム トマト マッシュルーム 青ねぎなど作り方1 オーブンは230 に予熱しておく 2 ボウルに卵と牛乳を入れて混ぜ合わせ 天板に流し入れる 3 お好みの具材をトッピングして 塩 コショウを振りかけたら 230 のオーブンで15分焼く 4 卵に火が通ったら四角く切り分けたら 完成 すぐに食べない場合はタッパーなどに入れて 1ヶ月まで冷凍保存できる
