ぜひ作ってみてくださいね メロンパンケーキ2人分材料 メロンパンケーキホットケーキミックス 150g牛乳 70ml卵 1個メロンシロップ 大さじ2 メロンホイップクリーム生クリーム 200mlメロンシロップ 大さじ3メロン スライス 1 4個ホワイトチョコレート 溶かす 適量作り方 1 ボウルに卵 牛乳 メロンシロップを入れてよく混ぜる 2 1 にホットケーキミックスを加えて粉気がなくなるまで混ぜる 3 フライパンにサラダ油 分量外 を薄く引いて弱火に熱し 2 をおたま一杯分落とし 3分ほど焼く 表面に気泡がぷつぷつと出てきたら裏返し さらに3分ほど焼く これを合計3枚焼く 4 メロンホイップクリームを作る ボウルに生クリーム メロンシロップを入れ ハンドミキサーで7分立てにする 5 皿にパンケーキを2枚重ねてのせ 4 を塗ってメロンをのせる パンケーキを1枚重ねて表面に 4 を塗る 6 ホワイトチョコレートをコルネに詰め 5 の表面に格子状の模様を描いたら 完成
