トイストーリー ロッツオクッキー Toy Story 3 Lots O cookies ロッツオ をクッキーにしてみました 使いかけの紫芋パウダーの為に紫色のキャラクターを探していたんですが 見つけました ロッツオ チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 6 Lots o100g Unsalted butter 60g Powdered sugar 20g egg yolk vanilla oil 200g cake flour 1tsp Purple Yam Powder 1 2 tsp Black cocoa powder 材料 6ロッツオ 無塩バター 100g粉糖 60g卵黄 20g 約1個分 バニラオイル薄力粉 200g紫芋パウダー 小さじ1ブラックココアパウダー 小さじ1 2出来上がった生地を125g 15g 245gに分割①125gはそのまま②15gはブラックココアを混ぜ込む②245gは紫芋パウダーを混ぜ込む頭で考えながら組み立てていくので 冷蔵庫でこまめに冷やしながら作業します 型は100円ショップの丸いクッキー型を利用しました 残った生地は最後に全部ひとまとめにして焼けば無駄が出ません 気温が上がってくると 生地がすぐにだれるので 時間はかかっても冷蔵庫もしくは冷凍庫で生地を冷やしながら作ると綺麗に出来ます DOVA SYNDROME music 夜空 RIG Production
