찬바람 솔솔~ 얼갈이배추 겉절이와 바지락 손칼국수

 

음악 없는 영상은 아래에서 시청해주세요 시골일상이제 찬바람이 불기 시작하니 따뜻한 국물 요리가 땡겨요 오늘은 저번 태풍 장마로 비가 엄청 와서콩밭 사이 심어 놓았던 얼갈이 배추가 시들어져모두 수확해서 간단히 겉절이로 만들어바지락 넣은 손칼국수와 먹었어요 바지락은 5월즈음 살이 꽉차 있을때시장에서 가득 사서 냉동실에 보관하고국물요리에 사용했는데 역시 국물이 진하고 맛있네요 더 쟁일걸 지금 나온 바지락은 5월 바지락만큼 진하지는 않더라구요ㅎㅎ낮에는 선선해서 좋은데 저녁 새벽에는 너무 춥네요 전 벌써 온수매트를 틀었 하하이제 동태탕도 땡기고 어묵탕도 땡기고 눈이 오기전까지는 밭은 아직 거뜬합니다 물론 겨울 대비 비닐하우스에 식량 심기도 곧 곧 ㅎ 그럼 오늘도 좋은 밤 되세요 Q A 시골생활 촬영장비의 모든 것 닉네임 키미 은 제 이름을 본딴 예명입니다 E MAIL ymgs1888 naver com
