영상이 재미있거나 도움이 되었다면 구독 좋아요 를 눌러주세요 씁쓸하면서도 달콤한 맛의 커피젤리 를 만들어봤습니다 커피향이 입 안 가득 시원하게 퍼져서 여름에 먹기 좋은 디저트예요 날씨가 더워서 불을 사용하지 전자레인지와 커피포트로만 만들었습니다 재료 영상에서는 3단으로 만들었지만 각자 좋아하는 커피로 집에 있는 재료로 만들어보세요 판젤라틴은 커피 100ml당 1장 2g 의 비율로 넣어주세요 설탕은 커피 100ml당 1Ts씩 넣었습니다 취향껏 가감해주세요 마지막 토핑에 따라 설탕과 커피 양은 가감해주세요 토핑은 생크림 액체 연유 밀크잼 생크림 휘핑 등 다양하게 올려주세요 그냥 우유 넣고 으깨서 먹어도 맛있어요 젤라틴은 너무 높은 온도에 넣으면 냄새가 많이 나고 잘 굳지 않아요 50 80도 사이에 넣어주세요 혹 팔팔 끓였을 경우에는 반드시 식힌 다음 넣어주세요
