3時のおやつはサーターアンダギー Sata Andagi Okinawan Donuts かなり前に動画にしたことのあるサーターアンダギー 生地が扱いにくいレシピだったので 少し変えて作ってみました 揚げたてのなんと美味しいことよ かりかりさくさく 中はふんわり もう 最高じゃないですかっ 材料も少な目 混ぜるだけ しかもアレンジ色々出来そうです まずは基本のサーターアンダギー作って 揚げたてを頬張ってみてください チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients for about 8 Andagi 1Egg 60g 6g Vegetable Oil65g Sugar砂糖150g Cake flour or All Purpose Flour3g baking powder Frying Oil Vegetable Oil Directions ①Beat the egg in a bowl Add the Vegetable Oil Thoroughly mix together ②Add the Sugar and mix well ③Sift in cake flour and baking powder and Mix roughly with a spatula Don t mix too much ④Wet your hands with vegetable oil and Shape it into a ball ⑤Gently place the dough into a pot and slowly deep fry them at a low temperature 302 F 150 ⑥Wait until the dough flows cracks and browns ⑦Remove the donuts and place them onto a tray covered with a paper towel Enjoy If your andagi doesn t cracks it is probably caused by the following reasons The oil temperature is too high the dough is too runny or it is moved too much while cooking 材料 8アンダギー卵1個 60g サラダ油 6g砂糖 上白糖 65g薄力粉 150g ベーキングパウダー 3g 揚げ油 作り方 ①卵をボウルに割り入れ サラダ油を加える よく混ぜ合わせる ②砂糖を加えてよく混ぜる ③薄力粉とベーキングパウダーをふるい入れ ゴムベラで混ぜる 混ぜすぎないこと ④手にサラダ油をつけて生地を丸くする ⑤生地をそっと鍋に入れ 低温 150 でゆっくりと揚げる ⑥生地がひび割れして きつね色になるように揚げる ⑦きつね色になったら ペーパータオルを敷いたトレイなどの上に次々上げる 出来上がり
