We re making 3 delicious oatmeal recipes are packed with yummy fall flavors We re making my Pumpkin Spiced Oatmeal my Chai Spiced Oatmeal and my Apple Spiced Oatmeal Purchase my eBooks here 1 tablespoon butter1 apple cored and diced1 tablespoon brown sugar1 cup old fashioned rolled oats2 cups apple cider non alcoholic 1 4 cup chopped toasted walnutsIn a medium saucepan melt the butter over medium high heat Add the apple and brown sugar and cook stirring often until the apples begin to soften about 5 minutes Add the oats apple cider and apple pie spice Stir and bring the mixture to a boil Reduce the heat to medium low cover and cook stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes Serve immediately topped with walnuts 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats1 cup water1 cup milk1 2 cup pumpkin puree2 tablespoons maple syrup1 2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt1 4 cup pepitas In a medium saucepan combine the oats water milk pumpkin puree maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice Stir and bring the mixture to a boil over medium high heat Reduce the heat to medium low cover and cook stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes Serve immediately topped with yogurt and pepitas 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats1 cup black tea1 cup milk2 tablespoons maple syrup1 2 teaspoon vanilla extract1 4 teaspoon cinnamon1 8 teaspoon ginger1 8 teaspoon cardamom1 2 cup vanilla Greek yogurtIn a medium saucepan combine the oats tea milk maple syrup vanilla extract cinnamon ginger and cardamom Stir and bring the mixture to a boil over medium high heat Reduce the heat to medium low cover and cook stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes Serve immediately topped with yogurt and pistachios 1 4 cup chopped shelled pistachios SOME links provided above are affiliate links The Domestic Geek is Hosted by Sara Lynn Cauchon
