T shirt cookie cutter or baby romper cookie cutter Paring knife to trim the cookie if using the t shirt cutter Flood consistency royal icing in light teal red green and white Tipless decorating bags 12 decorating bags Coupler Decorating tips 3 1 5 and 101 Bag ties Scribe tool Brown edible ink markerIcing Colors I used Chefmaster Light teal Teal Green Red Tulip Red Green Leaf Green InstructionsIf you don t have a baby romper cookie cutter you can trim a t shirt cookie cutter with a paring knife Bake the cookies at 350 F for 10 11 minutes Ice the cookie with light teal flood consistency royal icing and a decorating tip 3 Use a scribe tool to help shape the icing While the icing is still wet use a tipless decorating bag with a very small hole to pipe cherries and green dots with flood consistency icing Use a scribe tool to shape the green dots into leaves Pipe white dots with flood consistency icing in between the cherries Allow the icing to dry completely overnight is best Use a brown edible ink marker to draw the stems on the cherries Pipe a lace edge on the collar with white medium consistency royal icing and a decorating tip 1 5 Pipe ruffles on the sleeves with red stiff consistency royal icing and a decorating tip 101 Use the scribe tool to flatten the edge of the ruffle Use the scribe tool to draw a guide for the ruffle in the middle Pipe a ruffle with the red stiff consistency icing Pipe a bead border along the edges of the ruffles with the white medium consistency icing and tip 1 5 Pipe a dot border along the bottom with the white icing If you enjoyed this tutorial check out some of my other videos Hi I m Amber My cookie decorating tutorials are filmed in my studio in upstate New York I m a graduate of the baking and pastry program at the Culinary Institute of America and I ve been decorating cookies professionally for over 12 years I love sharing my techniques and I post cookie decorating tutorials with step by step instructions here on my YouTube channel every week Let me know if you have any suggestions for upcoming videos Follow me on TikTok sweetambscookies Business inquires info sweetambs com
