Cookingemem soufflé pancake 2人份量4 5塊pancake 材料 蛋 2隻砂糖 16g蛋黃醬 4g檸檬汁 6g鮮奶 16g低粉 46g泡打粉 3g雲尼拿油 2 3滴步驟 1 蛋黃 蛋黃醬 檸檬汁 鮮奶打勻 低粉和泡打粉隔篩然後加入一拼打勻 最後加入雲尼拿油 2 用打蛋機打蛋白 分三次加入砂糖 直至硬性發泡 硬性發泡 提起打蛋器 見蛋白的尖峰挺立而不垂 3 兩者加入輕輕拌勻 4 平底鑊小火預熱 放班戟漿後 加一湯匙水煎焗30秒 蓋上蓋 然後反轉再煎焗30秒即成
