How to make Fluffy Red Bean Bread / Recipe あずきたっぷり あんぱん レシピ

 

Recipe Fluffy bread with plenty of red bean paste Best dessert bread Ingredients 10 breads 200g plain flour 4g dry yeast 15g sugar 1 egg 80mL warm milk heated up in microwave for 20seconds 20g unsalted butter sweet red bean paste sesame seeds optional Recipe 1 Combine plain flour dry yeast sugar egg and warm milk 2 Knead well 3 Add unsalted butter and knead 4 Rest dough for an hour at room temperature and let it rise 5 Divide dough into 10 pieces 6 Stretch dough in circle shape and wrap sweet red bean paste as much as you like Place on baking tray 7 Apply an egg wash and sprinkle sesame seed 8 Rest for another 30minutes at room temperature and let it rise 9 Bake at 180 for 12minutes 10 Serve and enjoy 材料 10個分 強力粉 200g ドライイースト 4g 砂糖 15g 卵 1個 温めた牛乳 80mL 電子レンジで20秒ほど温めました 無塩バター 20g つぶあん ゴマレシピ 1 強力粉 ドライイースト 砂糖 卵 温めた牛乳を混ぜ合わせる 2 まとまったら 無塩バターを合わせよく練り込む 3 生地を1時間休ませる 1次発酵 4 生地を10等分する 5 生地を丸くのばしたら つぶあんを包み込む お好みの量を 私は 大さじ2杯くらい包みました 6 天板にのせる 7 表面にたまごを塗り ゴマを飾り付ける 8 さらに 30分休ませる 2次発酵 9 180 に予熱したオーブンで 12分焼く 10 出来上がり Song Ikson Blue Sky Vlog No Copyright Music Music promoted by Vlog No Copyright Music Find me also on Instagram sora_monnom
