Les poireaux remplacent les cannelloni, voilà comment ça marche !

 

Faible en glucides délicieux cannelloni de poireaux farcis de viande hachée épicéeNous avons essayé ce gratin de cannelloni d un autre genre pauvre en glucides grâce au poireau farci de viande hachée Le résultat Un pur délice Sur le plan de travail 2 poireaux 250 g de viande hachée 100 g de feta Paprika Sel et poivre 1 œuf Env 80 g de fromage râpéPour la crème aux herbes 250 ml de crème 15 g d amidon Sel et poivre Persil hachéAux fourneaux 1 Coupez les poireaux en quartiers d une dizaine de centimètres de long comme montré ci dessous 2 Maintenant poussez délicatement l intérieur des quartier 3 Laissez toujours deux anneaux extérieurs de poireaux s emboîter l un dans l autre afin qu ils soient plus stables pour le remplissage 4 Coupez le reste du poireau en petits morceaux et mélangez les avec la viande hachée la Feta et l œuf Assaisonnez le mélange avec le paprika le sel et le poivre Remplissez les rouleaux de poireaux avec le mélange de viande hachée et placez les dans un plat allant au four 5 Mélangez les ingrédients pour la crème aux herbes et assaisonnez de sel et de poivre Versez ensuite la sauce sur les morceaux de poireaux farcis saupoudrez de fromage râpé et enfournez pendant 40 minutes à 180 C Bon Ap
