Presented by 瑞穗鮮乳土司這次介紹用瑞穗鮮乳土司做的超級簡單好吃的蛋糕 柑橘風味的卡士達醬跟很多水果非常清爽的 大家有空可以做做看喔 ๑ ᴗ و 水果卡士達醬土司蛋糕 フルーツカスタードサンドイッチケーキ 1人份 瑞穗鮮乳土司 Milk Toast 2片芒果 Mango 1 2個 季節適合的水果都可以用奇異果 Kiwi 1個藍莓 Blueberries 8 10粒柳丁 Orange 1個蛋黃 Yolk 2個砂糖 Sugar 40g玉米粉 Corn starch 15g牛奶 Milk 250cc柳丁皮 Orange peel 少許糖粉 Icing sugar 少許 做法 1 蛋黃跟蛋白分開 2 蛋黃裡加入砂糖 攪拌好 加入玉米粉繼續攪拌 3 加熱過的牛奶跟蛋黃混合好後倒入鍋子裡 4 開中小火加熱到凝固化 5 把柳丁皮放入卡士達醬裡面混合好後倒出來 放涼 6 把水果切成容易處理的大小 7 冷卻好的卡士達醬裝在擠花袋裡 8 在瑞穗鮮乳土司上面把卡士達醬擠出來 水果裝上去 9 把另外一片土司放在上面 卡士達醬擠出來 水果裝上去 撒糖粉就完成了 BGM 甘茶の音楽工房 本篇與瑞穗鮮乳土司合作
