家ｶﾌｪｼﾘｰｽﾞ ム 今回は シャクシュカ という朝ごはんにピッタリの卵料理を作ってみました 中東 西アジア アフリカ北東部 ではよく食べる家庭料理だそうですが お味はいかに 野菜を刻むのはプロセッサーでもＯＫです １人分 直径15 のｽｷﾚｯﾄ ｵﾘｰﾌﾞｵｲﾙ 大さじ1 2 にんにく 1 2 玉ねぎ 1 4 パプリカ 1 2 ニンジン 1 3 ベーコン 50g カットトマト 100g 120g 卵 １ ｲﾀﾘｱﾝﾊﾟｾﾘ 塩 胡椒 ﾐｯｸｽｽﾊﾟｲｽ お好みのパンServes one 15 cm diameter skillet Olive oil 1 2 tablespoon Garlic 1 2 Onion 1 4 Paprika 1 2 Carrot 1 3 Bacon 50 g Cut tomatoes 100g 120g Egg 1 Italian parsley Salt Pepper Mix spice French bread
