苺をたっぷり使った甘酸っぱいクラフティを焼きました ボウルに次々と材料を入れて混ぜていくだけと簡単なのに ちょっと手が込んでるかのように見えるデザートです 味も牛乳とヨーグルトを加えてさっぱりと食べられるようにしました Xmasのデザートに ケーキの代わりにこんなデザートも絶対アリ だと思います ぜひ 作ってみてください 初めてのレシピ本をKADOKAWAさんから発売させていただくことになりました 動画の中の世界とはまた違い ページをめくる楽しさがあります 材料や道具ラッピングまで分かりやすく そして作りやすくを編集者さんとたくさん考えました 真夏の暑い時期からスタートしてようやく発売になります みなさんに見て頂き 作って頂けたらHappyです 大人気YouTuber cook kafemaru の 世界一作りやすいおうちスイーツ Amazonで予約ができます 本の発売は2020年1月16日になります チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 25cm heatproof dish1Egg large 45g granulated sugar 50g plain yogurt150g Milk 100g Heavy Whipping cream 20g Cake flour1pack of strawberries Directions Preparation Grease the cake pan with butter not listed Preheat the oven to 180 ①Mix the egg and sugar well until most of the sugar granules has dissolved ②Add the Yogurt and mix well ③Pour the milk and heavy Whipping cream in and mix ④Sift in the flour and mix well ⑤Once it has been evenly combined strain through a strainer ⑥Pour the dough into the heatproof dish top with the strawberries and bake at 180 C for 35 40 minutes It s ready when the surface is a bit springy Dust with powdered sugar to taste 材料 耐熱皿 長さ25cm高さ5cm卵 L 1個グラニュー糖 45gプレーンヨーグルト 50g牛乳 150g生クリーム 100g 薄力粉 20g苺1 P 作り方 ①ボウルに卵を割り入れ 砂糖を加えてよく混ぜる 砂糖の粒が完全に溶け切らなくてもOk②ヨーグルトを加えてよく混ぜる ③牛乳 生クリームも加えてよく混ぜる ④ふるった薄力粉を加えて混ぜる ⑤茶こしなどで生地をこしながら容器に流して 苺を乗せて180度35 40分焼く 軽く表面をおして弾力があればOK お好みで上に粉糖をふる
