こんにちはLes sens cielです もうすぐハロウィンという事で ちょっと大胆に丸ごとかぼちゃを使いプリンを作って見ました 大きいので火が入るのに時間はかかりますが 見た目のインパクトは抜群なのでパーティなどにいかがでしょうか 今回使ったのはヨーロッパではよく見かける ポティマロン という西洋かぼちゃです かぼちゃはフランス語で ポティロンPotiron と言います それに栗 マロンMarron がついて ポティマロンPotimarron いわゆるヨーロッパの 栗カボチャ です 栗の様な甘みがあって日本のかぼちゃと良く似た味がします ヨーロッパでは日本の緑の皮のかぼちゃは見かけないので うちではこのポティマロンを料理にもお菓子にも使っています インスタグラム始めました よかったらフォローよろしくお願いします youtubeでは載せきれない写真なども投稿していきます Les sens cielのレシピでお菓子を作ったよ という方は レソンシエルレシピ で投稿していただければ 見に行かせていただきたいのでもしよかったらタグ付けしてください まるごと濃厚かぼちゃプリンPudding au potimarron 卵黄 3 個 3 jaunes d oeufs グラニュー糖 50g sucre 牛乳 150g lait entier 生クリーム35 250g crème fraîche35 かぼちゃ 250g Potimarron ゴールデンシロップ 10g Lyle golden Syrup 又は水飴 コクを出したい場合は黒糖
