最近は アオバダイ アップはしていませんが やヒゲ鯛 茶色丸羽太 これもアップはしていませんが 等 市場ではあまり見かけない珍しい魚と良く出会うのですが アオバダイも ヒゲ鯛も 茶色丸羽太も 鱗が硬いのですが 硬さで言うと このエビスダイが一番硬い様に思います お刺身は 淡白なお味ですが 食感等 美味しく頂きました
