ザクザク食べたい!オリーブオイルクッキー | Olive oil cookies

 

バターが高いのでオイルのクッキーを焼きました 粉の中に加えたのは オリーブオイル ザクザク の固いクッキーはちょー私好み なんなら桃なんかも林檎並みに固いのが好きです バターのクッキーと比べると風味の点で負けますが 食べ物は勝ち負けでなく好みだと思うので 作る人が美味しければそれでいいと思います キッチンにパスタでしか使わないオリーブオイルが残っていたら このクッキーぜひ作ってみてください 塩ひとつまみと言いながら三回もつまんで入れてしまってごめんなさい チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 2cm cube 18100g Cake flour45g cane sugar or granulated sugar a pinch of salt 37g Olive oilVanilla oil Directions ①Combine all ingredients and make a dough ②Roll out dough and form into about 2cm thick rectangle on parchment paper ③Place in refrigerate for 1 hour ④Cut dough into 2cm cubes and place onto prepped sheet ⑤Bake in the preheated oven 160 C for 15 minutes Just baked cookies are fragile leave them on the baking sheet and cool 材料 2cm角18個薄力粉100gきび砂糖 45g グラニュー糖でもok 塩ひとつまみオリーブオイル 37g今回はAjinomoto ExtraVirgin OliveOilを使いましたバニラオイル 作り方 ①ボウルに薄力粉 きび砂糖 塩をふるい入れてよく混ぜたら オリーブオイル バニラオイルを加えて混ぜる ②生地をひとまとめにしたらクッキングシートにはさんで 生地を2cm厚さに伸ばす 6 12cmの長方形にする ③冷蔵庫でそのまま1時間ほど生地を休ませる ④生地を2cm角に切る ⑤160 に温めたオーブンで15分焼いて出来上がり 焼き上がり後すぐは崩れやすいので天板のまま冷ます ダイソーのクッキーカッターでスタンプ風に模様をつけてみました 好きな形に成形してください 冷めるとしっかりと固くなるのでラッピングして持ち運びも全然okです
