Shine Muscat grapes wrapped around with a thin soft mochi shell You can quickly steam mochi in the microwave ジューシーなマスカットを薄く伸ばした求肥でくるんで 夏の涼を呼ぶ和スイーツです 暑くてもこういったものなら爽やかにぺろり平らげることが出来ます 平らげなくてもいいけどねっ 求肥も電子レンジで簡単に作ることが出来ますよ 残った求肥は薄く伸ばしてラップに包んでジップロックに入れて冷凍保存も出来ます 作ってみたいよーって思った人はレシピは下にあります レシピ本がなんと7刷になりました 感謝 そしてまた感謝でいっぱいです どうもありがとうございます Amazonへ つけてくれた方もほんとうにどうもありがとうございます 大人気YouTuber cook kafemaru の 世界一作りやすいおうちスイーツ Amazonで購入できます もしもお住いの近くの本屋さんになかったら セブンイレブンのオムニ7でネット予約し セブンイレブン店頭受け取りで買うことができます Ingredients 50g Shiratamako90g Water70g Sugar Shine Muscat grapes Potato starch Directions ①Make Mochi Mix shiratama ko white sugar and water Wrap it and use the microwave to heat up for 2 minute ②Stir it frequently until it is melted and smooth Use the microwave to heat up again About a minute ③Stir up until it come to be semitransparent If it matte white color heat up for 30 second again ④Spread potato starch in a shallow tray Put Step 3 and coat When it cools divide into 12 pieces ⑤Stretching the dough out with your hands and wrap grapes 材料 白玉粉 50g水 90g上白糖 70gシャインマスカット 片栗粉 作り方 準備 シャインマスカットは良く洗って水気を拭いておく ①求肥を作る ボウルに白玉粉と水 砂糖を入れてよく混ぜる ラップをして600wの電子レンジで2分加熱する ②木ベラなどでよく混ぜて またラップをしてさらに1分加熱する ③よくかき混ぜる 半透明になればokまだのときは追加で30秒ほど加熱する ④バットなどに片栗粉を敷き そこに③を広げて上からも片栗粉をかけて少し冷ます 生地を12等分にカットする 12個にちぎってから 手で平らに伸ばした方が綺麗に出来上がります ⑤生地の上にシャインマスカットを乗せ 生地を引っ張りながら優しく包む 最後刷毛などで片栗粉を払う
