バレンタインにもしっとり濃厚スクエアガトーショコラ Moist Chocolate CakeI love this chocolate cake It is very tasty チョコレートケーキも材料や量を変えて色んな感じに作ることが出来ます今回は綺麗なスクエアになるようにこのケーキももちろん焼きたてより翌日の方が断然美味しいので味見もひたすら我慢でプレゼントにするときはボトムが少し崩れやすいのでワックスペーパーで優しくキャンディ包みなどが向いていますチャンネル登録おねがいします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 15cm square Cake Pan 120g Couverture chocolate Sweet 20g Unsalted butter 100g Heavy Cream Warm the fresh cream 30g granulated sugar 1tsp rum 100g Beaten egg 20g cocoa powder Crust 100g Biscuits 30g Melted butter Heart pattern non melting powdered sugar Directions Preparation Beat the egg well and weigh the needed amount Line the cake pan with parchment paper Preheat the oven at 170 C ①Crush the biscuits then add melted butterand mix well Spread the biscuits in the pan ②Chop the chocolate Put chocolate in a bowl and melt it at a double boiler ③When the chocolate is melted add butter heavy cream and granulated sugar in order then mix well ④Add the rum mix well ⑤Add the beaten egg some by some ⑥Sift and add the cocoa powder and mix well ⑦Pour the mixture into the cake pan To get air bubbles out drop the pan lightly a few times ⑧Preheat the oven at 170 C and bake it for 20min ⑨When it s baked get it out of the pan and cool it memo The baking time depends on pans bake for the proper time When the heat went away put it in a plastic bag or wrap it The texture is thick and delicious but it is even better on the next day or later 材料 15cm 角型クーベルチュールチョコレートスィート 120g無塩バター 20g生クリーム 100g 温めておくグラニュー糖 30gラム酒小さじ1溶き卵 100gココアパウダー 20gボトムビスケット 100g溶かしバター 30gハート模様溶けない粉糖ボトム用のビスケットはグラハムなどの方がこの生地には合います作り方準備卵は溶いて必要量量っておく型にはクッキングペーパーを敷いておくオーブンは170 に温めておく ①ビスケットを砕き溶かしたバターを加えてよく混ぜる型にビスケットを敷き詰める ②チョコレートは細かく刻んで湯煎で溶かす ③チョコレートが溶けたらバター生クリーム砂糖の順番に加えてよく混ぜる ④ラムを加えてよく混ぜる ⑤溶き卵を数回に分けて加えてよく混ぜる ⑥ふるったココアパウダーを入れてよく混ぜる ⑦型に生地を流す ⑧170 に温めたオーブンで約20分間焼く ⑨粗熱が取れたら型から出し冷ます memo 型によっては火の通り具合が変わりますので焼き時間を調整してください粗熱が取れたら必ずビニール袋に入れるかラップをしてください生地は濃厚でとっても美味しいですが翌日の方がもっと美味しくなります
