凉拌莲菜 呛莲菜 酸酸甜甜的味道是不是很开胃呢 都是特别简单的小菜 天气热的时候吃起来最舒服不过了 前面好多人要求上素菜 大家拿走不用谢啦 o 凉拌莲菜 凉拌莲藕的做法 材料 莲菜 一节 葱一根 生姜 一小块干辣椒 3盐 4克 1 2 小勺 热油 15克 一大勺 醋 3 克 1 2 小勺 糖 4克 1 2 小勺lotus root one unitgreen onion 1 ginger 1 small piecedried chilies 3salt 4克 1 2 小勺 smoking hot oil 15g 1 tablespoon vinegar 3g克 1 2 teaspoon sugar 4g 1 2 teaspoon背景音乐 凉拌莲菜 凉拌莲藕的做法
