ぜひ作ってみてくださいね フルーツドームケーキ材料 カステラ 1本生クリーム 300ml砂糖 大さじ2水切りヨーグルト 150gお好きなフルーツキウイ スライス 1 2個ゴールドキウイ スライス 1 2個オレンジ スライス 1 2個赤グレープフルーツ スライス 1 2個キウイ いちょう切り 1 2個ゴールドキウイ いちょう切り 1 2個オレンジ 角切り 1 2個赤グレープフルーツ 角切り 1 2個作り方1 カステラを5mm幅にカットする 2 クリームを作る 生クリームに砂糖を入れてハンドミキサーで7分立てにしたら 水切りヨーグルトを加えて混ぜ合わせる 3 ボウルにラップをしき スライスしたフルーツを並べる クリームを重ねて 優しく伸ばし カステラの面を沿わせるように貼り付ける 4 クリームを入れて 角切りにしたフルーツをのせる カステラをのせてクリームを重ねる 5 4 をもう一度繰り返し ラップをかけて冷蔵庫で3時間冷やす 6 お好みの大きさに切り分けたら 完成
