簡単 チョコドーナツ Easy Chocolate donutsEasy doughnuts recipe You can also cover the doughnuts with chocolate and sprinkles チョコが中途半端に残ってしまているので 使いきり大作戦 きょうは簡単ドーナツを作ってみました 溶かしバターで作るので 外側カリッとしています その分日持ちするのでプレゼント向き トッピングはコーティング用チョコを使ったので 面倒なテンパリングも無しできっちりすぐに固まってくれて便利 良かったら 作ってみてください チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients Donut silicon mold Mini size 12 servings40g granulated sugar 50g melted butter55g Beaten egg body temperature vanila oil 80g Cake flour 15g cocoa powder 2g baking powder For Toppings 50g Sweet chocolate Directions Preheat the oven at 170 C ①Lightly oil a donut pan ②In a bowl combine the granulated sugar melted butter beaten egg with a Spatula ③Add vanila oil mix well ④And put and mix with dry ingredients ⑤Pour the dough into a pastry bag and squeeze into the mold ⑥Bake at 170 338 F for 13 minutes ⑦cool completely on wire rack Tips for cleanly removing the donuts from the mold If using a silicon mold Wait until the donuts have cooled to the touch 材料 ドーナツシリコンモールド ミニサイズ 12個グラニュー糖40g溶かしバター50g溶き卵 人肌程度に温めておく 55gバニラオイル 薄力粉 80g ココアパウダー 15g ベーキングパウダー 2gトッピング スイートチョコレート 50g 作り方 オーブンは170 に温めておく ①シリコン型にはかるく油を塗っておく ②ボウルにグラニュー糖 溶かしバター 溶き卵を入れてゴムベラで混ぜる ③バニラオイルも加えてよく混ぜる ④ の材料をふるって加え混ぜる ⑤生地を絞り袋に入れて 型に絞り入れる ⑥170 に温めたオーブンで13分焼く ⑦ケーキクーラーの上で冷ます 冷めないうちに無理に出そうとすると生地が割れるので 完全に冷めてから型出しします お好みで溶かしたチョコを上からかけてもok コーティング用チョコと言うチョコを使うと テンパリングが苦手な人でも溶かすだけで固まってくれるので 簡単で綺麗に出来ます
