蘿潔塔的廚房 自製紅豆芝麻湯圓 自己做的湯圓好Ｑ好好吃 冬天來一碗暖呼呼的紅豆芝麻湯圓吧 喜歡我創作的料理影片嗎 不要忘了訂閱我的頻道喔 年前跟大家分享過沒有包餡的湯圓 這次元宵節快到了 再來分享一道自己喜歡的芝麻湯圓 不管是有包料或是沒有包料的湯圓 塔塔都很喜歡搭配紅豆湯 除了增加膳食纖維外 紅豆的鐵質很高 非常適合女性補鐵喔 芝麻湯圓的內餡也可以換成花生粉喔 就是花生餡的湯圓了 塔塔自己蠻喜歡吃抹茶風味的糯米糰 將原味的糯米糰加一點抹茶粉就可以變成綠色的湯圓囉 在上一部有分享過 可以到這裡來回顧一下 希望大家有一個愉快的元宵假期
