芋頭豆奶沙冰 素食芋頭冰淇淋 在台式飲料店買了一杯 芋頭牛奶 很喜歡那綿蜜的芋香口味 適逢秋季芋頭 地瓜當令 便買回家蜜起來 芋頭牛奶的芋頭是經過糖水熬煮入蜜的 跟直接蒸熟芋頭再加糖完全不同的口味 蜜過的芋頭更濃郁入味 糖量是很多朋友關心的問題 總覺得蜜芋頭的糖比例太高 蜜芋頭之所以有Q 軟的口感 只有高量的糖水才能滲透到芋頭的澱粉質裡面 改變了芋頭的質感 如糖不夠 熬出來的蜜芋頭比較鬆散不 Q 芋頭和地瓜蜜好後 放在冰箱裡慢慢吃 用作其他甜點的基底 今年分別做了 芋頭豆奶沙冰 和 芋頭冰淇淋 兩款都是素食甜點 有興趣可以點以下連結看看 肥丁 WeChat beanpandacook 商務合作 business beanpanda com
