【速水もこみち流】016 鶏ひき肉と根菜のピリ辛炒め

 

016 鶏ひきと根菜のヒ リ辛炒め 材料 分量 2 3人分人参 1 2本ごぼう 1 4本レンコン 1節 100g サラダ油 大さじ1鶏ひき肉 もも 160 gA ーーーーーーーーーーーーー塩 こしょう 各少々鷹の爪 小口切り 適量砂糖 大さじ1 5醤油 大さじ3酒 大さじ2みりん 大さじ2だし汁 大さじ3白ごま 大さじ1生姜 千切り 1片分青ネギ 斜め切り 2 3本分ごま油 適量七味唐辛子 少々粉山椒 少々 調理工程 ① 人参は千切りに レンコンは皮をむいて半月の薄切りに ごぼうは皮をこそげてささがきする レンコンとごぼうは水にさらしてあく抜きした後水気を取る ② フライパンにサラダ油を熱し ①を入れてしんなりするまで炒めたら 鶏ひき肉を加え パラパラになるまで炒め火を通す ③ ②にＡを加えて混ぜ 汁気がほとんどなくなるまで煮絡めたら 白ごま 生姜 青ネギ ごま油を加え炒め合わせる ④器に盛り付け お好みで七味唐辛子 粉山椒をふる ーーーーーーーーーーー Instagram Twitter 公式キッチンブランドサイト MsTABLE by 速水もこみち 問合せ先 mstable contact gmail com
