구독과 좋아요 언제나 감사합니다 3 이제이에요 얼마전 밥상영상에서 맛있게 먹었던 돈코츠라멘 육수를 내지않고 조금 더 간단하게 만들수있어서 만들어봤어요 사실 100 돈코츠라멘 맛은 아니예요 돼지뼈를 푹 우려낸 그런 육수는 시중에서 살수가 없어 조금 더 쉽게 구할수있는 사골육수를 사용해서 만들었는데 육수가 많이 아쉽긴 하지만 차슈와 함께 먹으니 나름 또 맛있더라구요 간단하게 만들어먹을수있는 레시피로 한번 만들어봤어요 돈코츠 라멘 만들기 how to make Tonkotsu Ramen 이제이레시피 EJ recipe재료 한그릇 기준차슈 약간 면 1인분 계란 1개 계란 삶을때 소금 식초 숙주 한줌 사골육수 다진마늘 아주 약간 소금 후추 차슈 레시피 차슈는 라멘 3그릇 정도 분량 삼겹살 300g 월계수잎 2 3장 통마늘 8 10알 통후추 약간 생강 있으면 더 맛있어요 생강 한톨정도 간장 5큰술 맛술 소주 2큰술 식용유 약간 DIA TV Network에 소속된 크리에이터로서DIA TV와 Modoocom간의 라이선스 계약에 의해본 음원 콘텐츠를 사용하였습니다 As a creator partnered with DIA TV network I ve used a music source that is proven by the copyrightlisence between DIA TV and MODOOCOM Hello welcome to EJ recipe s channel I m living in S Korea I make easy Korean foods pretty dessert and foods from movies etc Get involved and subscribe for the latest Big Love
