오늘의 메뉴는 조개살을 듬뿍 넣어 만든 클램차우더입니다 요즘 날씨가 추워서 그런지 따뜻한 스프가 생각이 나서 만들어 봤어요 계속 춥다고 하는데 감기조심하세요 Today s menu is clam chowder It s really cold these days so I craved a hearty bowl of soup 재료 Ingredients For 4 person 바지락 1봉지 조개살 또는 바지락 1봉지 베이컨 2줄 양파 1개 다진마늘 1 2숟가락 또는 마늘 2쪽타임 감자 1개 셀러리 줄기 1개 당근 1 2개 생크림 100ml 밀가루 3숟가락 우유 200ml 소금 후추1 package of clam 1 package of clam meat about 1 handful 400ml clam stock2 3 slices of bacon 1 onion 1 2Tbs chopped garlic or 2 cloves garlic thyme 1 2 carrot2 potatoes 1 stalk celery salt pepper to taste 100ml heavy cream 3Tbs all purpose flour 200ml milk 과정 Recipe1 바지락은 찬물에 씻은 후 불투명한 그릇에 소금물과 함께 넣어 어두운곳에서 1시간 정도 해감을 시켜줍니다 1 Rinse the clam and soak them in salt water for about 1 hour in a opaque bowl in a dark spot 2 냄비에 해감시킨 바지락과 물을 넣어 조개가 벌어질때까지 5분정도 끓여줍니다 2 In a pot add water and clam and boil for 5min until they open 3 조개육수와 조개살을 따로 분리해줍니다 3 Separate stock and clam meat and set aside 4 베이컨 양파 감자 셀러리는 먹기좋은 크기로 썰어줍니다 4 Cut the bacon onion potato and celery into bite sized pieces 5 냄비에 베이컨을 넣고 볶은 후 꺼내어 접시에 둡니다 5 In a pot add and fry bacon until crisp Remove the bacon and set aside 6 같은 냄비에 양파와 마늘을 넣어 볶아줍니다 6 In the same pot add and saute chopped garlic and onion 7 5 냄비에 감자 셀러리 당근 밀가루 조개육수 타임을 넣고 끓여줍니다 8 Add and boil potato celery carrot flour clam stock and thyme in order 8 끓기시작하면 약불로 줄여 감자가 익을때까지 15분정도 끓여줍니다 8 Bring to the boil reduce to low heat and simmer for about 15min until potato is cooked 9 8 냄비에 우유와 생크림 조개살 베이컨을 넣고 한소큼 끓여줍니다 소금으로 간을 해주세요 9 Add milk heavy cream clam meat and 5 bacon in the 8 pot and simmer for 5min And add salt to taste 10 그릇에 담아 베이컨과 파슬리가루를 뿌려 완성합니다 10 When chowder is thickened remove from the heat and transfer it into a soup bowl And then sprinkle with baked bacon and parsley Enjoy with bread Done Music이 노래를 무료로 사용하고 동영상으로 수익을 창출할 수 있지만 동영상 설명에 다음을 포함해야 합니다 Twin Musicom의 Push Me은 는 Creative Commons Attribution 라이선스 꿀키의 맛있는 테이블TWITTER honeykkicookINSTAGRAM honey_kkiE MAIL andrabbit naver com이 영상의 다운로드 및 2차 편집을 금지합니다
