시원한 냉우동 만들기/ 簡単冷やしたぬきうどん/ Cold Tanuki Udon

 

영상이 재미있거나 도움이 되었다면 구독 좋아요 를 눌러주세요 쫄깃한 우동면에 차가운 육수를 부어 시원하게 호로록 먹을 수 있는 냉 타누키 우동 을 만들어 봤습니다 육수를 진하게 해서 살짝 뿌리면 붓카케우동 처럼 먹을 수 있어요 재료우동면 1인분쯔유 1 2컵 일본 쯔유 이용해도 되고 요즘에는 한국에서 국수장국 이라는 이름으로도 나오더라고요 얼음을 넣어서 시원하게 만들어 둡니다 빵가루 1 4컵오이 적당량무 적당량 토마토 적당량가쓰오부시 적당량토핑용 재료는 취향껏 양을 조절해주세요 타누키 우동은 텐카스 라는 튀김 부스러기 를 이용해서 만드는데 한국에서 구하기 쉽지가 않아서 빵가루로 대체했습니다 들어가는 채소나 토마토 등은 취향껏 대체 가능합니다 토핑용 가쓰오부시 도는 김가루 로 바꾸면 좋아요 가쓰오부시의 비린 맛이 있을 수 있는데 라임이나 레몬즙을 넣으면 됩니다
